HEALTH PLANS
On the homepage there are two links that provide information about health plans.
To
compare health plans for quality of care and member satisfaction, click
the link “Compare
Health Plans” under the section “find and compare.”
On the page that comes up there are a couple of links you can click for consumer information. To go directly to comparing health plans click “Continue.”
On the map page use the “Select” box to choose a County or click directly on the map. Then you can look at health plans available in the County you chose, quality of care measures and member satisfaction results for each health plan, a glossary of terms, and information about data collection.
For
consumer information on health plans, on the homepage click “Health Plans”
in the right hand column. You’ll find links to various
organizations and state and federal agencies that provide consumer
information on health plans; a link to health plan websites; assistance
on filing a complaint; and other useful information.
